Day 1:    Pickup from Ambala / Chandigarh Airport / Railway station and transfer to hotel stay at Chandigarh.

Day 2:   Chandigarh to Shimla via Rock Garden, Pinjour garden and stay at Shimla.

Day 3:   Shimla to Kufri and back stay at Shimla.

Day 4:   Shimla to Manali via Kullu and stay at Manali.

Day 5:   Manali to Rohtang pass and back & stay at Manali.

Day 6:   Manali to Manikaran & back & afternoon Manali local sight seeing & overnite at Manali.

Day 7:   Manali to Chamunda & Chamunda to Dharamshala & night stay at Dharamshala hotel.

Day 8:   Dharamshalla to Jwallamukhi, Kangra Devi, Dharamshala and stay at Dharamshla.

Day 9:   Dharamshala to Dalhousie and stay at Dalhousie hotel

Day 10: Dalhousie to Khajjiar and back stay at Dalhousie hotel.

Day 11: Dalhousie to Amritsar via Wagha border, Golden temple etc. stay at Amritsar.

Day 12: Amritsar to Amritsar Airport or railway station.

Sightseeing as per the itinerary.
All Arrival/Departure transfer as mentioned in Itinerary.
All present applicable hotel taxes as on date.

Exclusions:

Any Airfare, Train fare, Overland Journey which is not mentioned in the Itinerary. Any Medical/rescue evacuation due to mishaps.
Any personal nature items like Laundry, bar bills, table bills, camera fee, tips or any other item.
Mineral water / Soft or hard drinks / Starters.
Entrance Fee
Horse Riding
Any other things that is not included in the “Package Cost Includes” Column.
Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/ stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control.

Booking: For the services contracted, a minimum deposit of 25% of the total cost is to be paid by you. The deposit is required to hold the booking on confirmed basis.

Balance Payment: Balance payment is to be made on the 1st start date of the tour.

Policy Regarding Cancellation / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE :
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows :

60 days & prior to arrival - 10% of the tour/service cost.
59 days to 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of the tour/service cost.
29 days to 15 days prior to arrival - 25% of the tour/service cost.
14 day to 08 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour/service cost.
07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show - NO REFUND.
