Day 1: Journey start from International Air Port delhi and move towards respective hotels.

Day 2 : Receive from Railway Station/Airport Pathankot & proceed to Katra night stay at Katra.

Day 3 : Mata Vaishno Devi Yatra.

Day 4 : Check out & proceed to Dalhousie.

Day 5 : Dalhousie Local sight seeing.

Day 6 : Check out go to Lakkarmandi-Kalatop-Khajjiar night stay at Khajjiar.

Day 7 : Check out and proceed to Chamba City local sight seeing & night stay at Chamba.

Day 8 : Check out-Local sight -Dam site & evening back to Pathankot for departure.

All Arrival/Departure transfer as mentioned in Itinerary.
All present applicable hotel taxes as on date.

Exclusions:

Any Airfare, Train fare, Overland Journey which is not mentioned in the Itinerary. Any Medical/rescue evacuation due to mishaps.
Any personal nature items like Laundry, bar bills, table bills, camera fee, tips or any other item.
Mineral water / Soft or hard drinks / Starters.
Entrance Fee
Horse Riding
Any other things that is not included in the “Package Cost Includes” Column.
Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/ stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control.

Booking: For the services contracted, a minimum deposit of 25% of the total cost is to be paid by you. The deposit is required to hold the booking on confirmed basis.

Balance Payment: Balance payment is to be made on the 1st start date of the tour.

Policy Regarding Cancellation / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE :
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows :

60 days & prior to arrival - 10% of the tour/service cost.
59 days to 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of the tour/service cost.
29 days to 15 days prior to arrival - 25% of the tour/service cost.
14 day to 08 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour/service cost.
07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show - NO REFUND.
